Which ports does Navaro operate at?

How long does customs clearance take?
Standard shipments are typically cleared within 24-48 hours after all documents are submitted and duties are paid. Complex shipments requiring lab testing or special inspections may take 3-5 business days. We always communicate expected timelines upfront.
What is Nafeza?
Nafeza is Egypt’s National Single Window platform for foreign trade. It connects all government agencies involved in import/export — customs, inspections, food safety, standards — into one digital system. All import and export transactions must go through Nafeza.
Can Navaro handle ACI registration for me?
Absolutely. We handle the entire ACI/Nafeza process — from ACID number generation to document upload via CargoX to final clearance. Most of our clients prefer to delegate this entirely to us.
What is CargoX?
CargoX is the blockchain-based platform used within Egypt’s Nafeza system for secure document transfer. Original documents like bills of lading, invoices, and certificates of origin are submitted digitally through CargoX. Navaro manages all CargoX submissions for our clients.

Yes, in many cases. Egypt has trade agreements with several countries and blocs (EU, COMESA, Agadir Agreement, Turkey, Mercosur) that offer reduced or zero duties. How do I pay Navaro?
We accept bank transfers and can provide credit terms for regular clients. All invoices are clear, itemized, and include official receipts. We also advance customs duties on your behalf and include them in our invoice for your convenience.
